Built durable and reliable, Sonosite ultrasound equipment stands up to the rigors of demanding healthcare environments. We offer an industry-leading Sonosite 5-year standard warranty, backed up by our outstanding customer service support.
In fast-paced healthcare environments, accidents may happen, but your patient schedule cannot be put on hold. In the unlikely event that your new ultrasound equipment requires repair, Sonosite offers an overnight loaner program to help minimize imaging downtime while your warrantied equipment is being repaired.
Ultrasound Equipment Uptime is Our Priority
Our 5-year standard warranty applies to new Sonosite-manufactured ultrasound systems and transducers* and covers:
- Overnight loaner of ultrasound equipment to ensure up-time*
- 24-7-365 live answering phone support (English language only)
- Advanced replacement of ultrasound equipment and transducers
- System and transducer repair and/or replacement due to manufacturing defects
- Accidental drop of most Sonosite-manufactured transducers
- Shipment of equipment to and from customer to Fujifilm Sonosite Service Repair Department

Sonosite Standard Warranty for Sonosite iViz Systems and Transducers
Industry-Leading 3-Year Standard Warranty
For new Sonosite iViz and Sonosite-manufactured transducers for the Sonosite iViz, we offer a 3-year standard warranty, backed up by our outstanding customer service support.
The 3-year standard warranty for Sonosite iViz and its transducers includes:
- Sonosite will ship an exchange Sonosite iViz system that replaces the current Sonosite iViz system needing repairs
- 24-7-365 live answering phone support (English language only)
- Advanced replacement of ultrasound equipment and transducers
- Coverage of accidental drop of Sonosite-manufactured transducers
- Shipment of equipment to and from customer to Fujifilm Sonosite Service Repair Department

Protect Your Ultrasound Investment with a Sonosite SonoProtect® Service Agreement
Your focus should be treating patients, not worrying about your ultrasound equipment. Where available, Sonosite offers SonoProtect Service Agreements to offer supplemental protection or an extension of your Sonosite standard warranty. Learn more about SonoProtect Service Agreements.
