Here with us today we have Ryan Heer who will be presenting

and Jamon Kinin who will be demonstrating Sono site lx.

Ryan Heer is the director of clinical technology

for Fujifilm Sono site.

His primary focus is on strategic high level product,

product demonstrations, competitive intelligence, assisting

with new hire, training US military strategic sales support,

as well as providing input to new product development.

Ryan is an AR DMS registered sonographer

through the American Registry

of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

He is also a registered technologist

through the American Registry of Radiology,

radi Radiologic Technolo Technologist.

He's going on his 17th year here with Fujifilm Sono site

and welcome Ryan.

- Thank you Laura for that introduction.

At Sauna Site, we imagine a world without barriers.

We remain relentlessly focused on innovating point

of care ultrasound for any patient anywhere,

any time from the beginning.

We have worked side by side partnering with you to create

and advance the use of ultrasound at the point of care.

Over time, the use of point of care ultrasound continues

to grow and evolve, but the core needs haven't changed.

As experts in this space, we've continued to innovate

to bring you products and solutions

that improve workflow efficiency, reduce cost,

and improve overall patient outcomes.

Socy LX is a premium point of care ultrasound system

that allows you to see more

and do more from admission to discharge.

The all new Sauna Site LX system offers streamlined

solutions to expedite diagnosis

and treatment times, improve workflows,

and ultimately improve outcomes

for your patients only.

Sauna Site LX offers accessibility

with an optimal combination of our largest clinical display

and an elevated heads up workflow to improve time

to diagnosis and treatment.

We know workflow efficiency is paramount to improving time

to diagnosis and treatment.

We understand that you need solutions and out of the box.

Easy to use ultrasound system with advanced image clarity,

an expansive touchscreen that extends

and rotates a hundred degrees, a large 21 inch monitor

with heads up touch interaction for easy access

for the most used controls.

An an adjustable stand height and control panel

and a small footprint allows for optimal bedside access,

streamlined workflow from the beginning to end

of every study to improve efficiency.

Because we understand image clarity isn't a

specification, it's a transformation.

Socy LX delivers the most advanced image clarity we

have ever offered.

This includes our most advanced proprietary speckle

reduction technology, improved color performance,

and Sauna Site LX incorporates our newest family

of transducers with innovative technology

that you're just going to love.

Sauna Site LX takes our most advanced image clarity

and displays it on our largest ever inclusive screen.

The adaptable 21 inch clinical display allows

for a collaborative approach when diagnosing

or monitoring patients, the heads up workflow allows you

to keep an eye on the clinical image.

The enhanced touch access

to more controls requires less effort, which reduces fatigue

and improves workflow.

Sauna Site LX offers improved access to more environments

with this ability to be closer to the bedside

and the image closer to you.

With the large adaptable touchscreen,

with the independent mobility

of the clinical display from the user interface,

sauna Site LX can be adapted

to better fit into the clinical environment

for better ergonomics during a procedure or exam.

This allows for flexibility, optimal viewing

and control of the image during procedures.

The uniquely designed expansive display

provides optimal access to the patient by adjusting

for height, rotation

and forward extension, enabling you

to easy access patients while managing touch controls,

the large handle on the back of the system allows

for easy man maneuverability.

Often at the point of care,

a patient's condition requires multiple clinicians

to see the image in real time and work collaboratively.

For example, in a crowded ICU sauna site,

LX has our largest monitor, along

with our largest onscreen image,

providing easy viewing from across the bed.

Since the clinic, the clinical display is able

to be moved independently of the system.

Multiple individuals are able to see the image.

This is beneficial in a consultative

or educational situation at the bedside.

Patients and family members can also view the image

simultaneously with you,

ensuring everyone in the room can see the ultrasound image

can improve decision making, reduce the time to diagnosis,

improve health outcomes,

and increase patient satisfaction and confidence.

We know that you have a high cognitive load

and any removal complexity

and streamlining of workflows can reduce your fatigue

and improve your wellbeing.

The optimized workflows

and elevated image clarity will help clinicians

of all levels efficiently diagnose

and triage patients with confidence.

We understand your workflow requirements

and easy use ultrasound system with an out

of the box image clarity, easy access

to the most commonly used controls.

The heads up workflow of imaging

optimization on Sauna Site LX means

that you can keep an eye their eyes on

where they're needed most on the image.

For example, you can place a color box

or calipers directly over an area of interest without having

to look down at the user interface.

The efficient procedural workflow

and imaging integration offers solutions

that result in decreased time to diagnosis and treatment

and better patient outcomes.

Removing complexity and streamlining workflow removes

barriers and improves time to diagnosis.

This is done by custom exam types,

which results in improved workflow

for individual users based on your skillset

and preference by allowing you to save the location

of optimized features.

This allows for saving of image settings

for your specific department standard.

For example, you might have emergency medicine

cardiac orientation.

This gives the ability to prioritize a list of exam types.

Sauna Cyte Synchronicity Workflow Manager integrates

with Sauna Site LX to meet the unique workflow needs

of point-of-care ultrasound seamlessly managed patient

and procedural data across clinical

and administrative networks.

You can build your own worksheets,

which helps you improve workflow efficiency

and increase patient throughput

to help mitigate cognitive overload

and physician burnout, reduce administrative tests

and ensure consistent scan documentation

to improve reimbursement revenues and billing accuracy.

QV onboard worksheets ensure a seamless workflow to those

who use QA for credentialing, billing and reporting.

This improves onboard worksheet workflow

for Q Path E work workflow users

and offers immediate access to reporting,

ensuring compliance for credentialing and billing.

Sauna site synchronicity mentioned earlier,

offers onboard credentialing

and billing along with new QV onboard worksheets

for Q Path E customers assisting with capturing exam results

and providing a pathway for sign off at the bedside.

Infection control is more important than ever.

Sauna Site LX is simple cleaning mode activation allows

for ease of infection control without disrupting workflow.

It will pause the system including a touch panel

and track pad and allow

for cleaning without shutting the system down.

Sauna Site Export was the first system

to include onboard training and educational videos.

We learned a lot from that system,

how you all have been using the videos

and what your expectations are based on your feedback.

The following improvements were made to the launch

of the Sauna Site lx.

The scan along capability has frame

and frame viewing that allows for image optimization

to take place while learning new video controls include

pause, rewind, and fast forward.

You can now change the language on the fly,

so even if you're in an English interface,

you can change the scan along tutorials to play in Spanish

or German, for example.

The Sauna Site LX is great for teaching hospitals.

The Sauna Site Institute is an educational resource

that is included in the purchase

of your Sauna site ultrasound system.

You can explore richly designed point of care

ultrasound courses that include webinars, 3D videos,

case studies built in testing and reference materials.

Deep dive into subjects in your medical specialty

or learn about trending topics such as nerve blocks

for opioid prevention, airway management,

or e fFast exams for trauma.

The Sauna Site Institute offers self-paced ultrasound

learning access from any web enabled device,

specialty specific case studies, webinars, clinical images

and videos, easy monitoring of your progress

through the courses, test scores,

and certificates of completion.

We are now going to switch to a live demonstration

of the features that we discussed within this webinar.

- Great. Jamie, we're gonna turn it over

to you whenever you're ready.

- Okay. Thanks Laura for the introduction.

So here with me I have our new Sono site LX premium

ultrasound system.

This was designed

and developed to support users from novice to advance.

I'm gonna zoom in just a little bit closer here.

From optimal access

and for elevated image clarity,

there's an adaptable large clinical display monitor

that can tilt, extend and rotate 180 degrees

and either direction to adapt

to the varied clinical environments at the bedside.

This allows flexibility

and control for optimal viewing during procedures.

As you can see, there is a small

footprint with height adjustment levers

at the front and side of the system here.

The cable management system in the very front

allows the transducer cords to have a place

where they won't drag on the ground or get run over.

Our kiosk style initial boot up screen has been carried over

to keep consistency

and ease of use to optimize workflow efficiency.

We have an intuitive touch panel

and tactile physical keys with quick access

to the most used controls as well as in secondary controls.

On the clinical touch monitor, the clinical touch monitor,

touch user interface

and physical controls can all be accessed with gloves on

and when draped for sterile procedures without losing

sensitivity, the user interface is sealed edge to edge

with a cleaning mode button that will pause the system

to streamline cleaning and disinfecting.

You press and hold the 2D button to for two full seconds

and it'll reactivate

and resume scanning with that user interface.

The uniquely shaped physical controls down below here

we're designed by clinicians to improve workflow by touch.

On the right we have our imaging modes,

some workflow controls centered around the track pad

and our most used controls on the left are gain

and our depth, our gain design features in overall wheel

gain, auto gain,

and A TGC control.

On the touch panel,

the T GCs allow pinpoint precision gain control

for image clarity.

The touch panel gives quick access to patient information,

transducer and exam selection, learn modules,

and other imaging parameters such as center line

and steep needle profiling.

For our procedures, the learn button is

where our onboard learning tutorials are housed.

There are over 150 videos that include system operation, 3D,

visual guides and pathologies from acute care to anesthesia

to critical care, and this includes COVID-19 imaging

and pathology.

You also have the option, like Ryan mentioned,

to do scan along to change the transducer

or exam type, simply click on the transducer button,

select your desired transducer

and your desired exam type, and go ahead and hit scan.

These exam presets have been optimized

for just in time imaging,

but can also be customized for each of the clinicians.

To customize an exam preset,

simply choose the appropriate transducer

and exam preset you'd like to start with.

From there, you can move down

and adjust any sort of controls, whether it be your desk,

you can touch and hold and move these widgets

and parameters around.

Once you have adjusted what you want,

click on the three hamburger line in the top right hand

corner and click save custom exam.

From here, you'll come over

and name your new custom exam type.

The little keyboard will get rid of that,

and then over on the right you have the option to select

where you'd like that new preset

to live under the transducer list, using those up

and down arrows and then you'll hit save custom exam

and you'll see here we now have our custom venous exam type.

So I'm gonna switch over

to our heads up workflow

on this with our heads up workflow on the ano

site LX here.

There we go. You have secondary controls

on the system that you can adjust your depth over on the

side with a slide of a button or tapping.

We have gain control down below where you can darken

and do that overall brightness as well

as some tracing and color doppler.

So I'm gonna just activate this color by hitting

that C button down below

and you can see I can move this box around

and adjust the size right from the touch.

Heads up work display touch monitor

SonoSite has created a new generation of transducers that

offer our most advanced image clarity.

Included in these transducers is a new trans esophageal

ultrasound probe, RT eight three, a high frequency curve

of linear RC ten three

and as well as our L 19 five.

The L 19 five is our

highest frequency cyte has ever offered at 19 megahertz

with a footprint with a small footprint

and a minimum scam depth of one centimeter.

You can see the image clarity and detail.

I'll just throw this on my wrist here

and you can see the median nerve as well as

our radial artery and veins there.

So this concludes the demo portion of today's webinar.

I'm gonna send it back to Laura

for any questions that you guys may have.

- Thank you, Ryan and Jamie. That was excellent.

I love watching those demos, Jamie. Good job. Thank you.

I wanna open it up for questions.

If you have any questions for the team here, just go ahead

and type 'em in the q and a box usually located at

the bottom of your screen.

We'll just give it a couple of moments here.

And Ryan, thank you as well for the presentation.

- Welcome, Laura. Thank you.

- Okay, I'm not seeing any questions question,

so we look forward to seeing you at future webinars.
