The BioZ® Dx Diagnostics system uses advanced impedance cardiography (ICG) technology and powerful reporting features to provide non-invasive hemodynamic parameters for clinicians who value the importance of tracking and evaluating patient cardiovascular health. Because hemodynamics cannot be reliably estimated by physical examination, physicians have learned to rely on the accurate and reproducible data provided by ICG, which has demonstrated clinical value in regard to monitoring the effectiveness of heart failure therapy, increasing the effectiveness of hypertension control and improving differential diagnosis of dyspnea, as well as optimizing pacemaker function and settings.
The BioZ Dx system uses disposable sensors that transmit a small electrical signal through the patient's thorax to measure changes in the aorta's blood volume and velocity with each heartbeat. The BioZ Dx system enables clinicians to identify a patient's risk of cardiovascular health with a 5-minute, non-invasive test that is easy to interpret.
The customizable user interface offers clinicians the ability to manipulate the report and screen parameters, data averages, and update intervals to meet their exact needs.
