This course provides basic ultrasound principles, image orientation, and acquisition with standard views. At the conclusion of this activity: participants will be able to:

  • Non-imaging specialists will improve their skill level for the ultrasonographic evaluation and management of life threatening conditions.
  • Attendees will be able to review and participate in ultrasound-guided bedside ICU procedures.
